Marc Andreessen has revolutionized the Internet with Netscape browser in mid-1990. Now he returns to present a new browser for up named RockMelt. This browser is made by assuming an online activity is still about Facebook, Twitter, and Google. The browser is available for the first time starting Monday.
This browser collects all the important information and favorite on the panel and the drop-down window. "This is our chance to make a new browser and this is what we will do (in Netscape) if we know how people use the web," said Andreessen. RockMelt is the work of Tim and Eric Howes Vishria (former employee Andreessen). Funding of U.S. $ 10 million (USD 89 billion) in RockMelt derived from Andreessen and his partner, Ben Horowitz.
Currently, RockMelt only works if the user has an account up. After users enter RockMelt using Facebook account information, photos user profiles will appear in the top left corner and favorite friends list will appear to the right. In addition, there are tools posting updates in the pop-up box. This feature will increase the sensation of Facebook and Twitter. RockMelt right panel contains a list of favorite sites with automatic notification when there is new information. Want to Try: http://www.rockmelt.com
